From November 15th to 17th, 2013, a team trip to the recreation center “Vatzy” near Valdai (Novgorod region) was organized for employees of the Group of GARO Companies.
The intense program of the recreation event included:
– sports;
– acting and dancing contests;
– ping-pong;
– paintball;
– pool.
Employees’ photo presentations proved once again that for many their work in a non-stop mode implies extreme sports hobbies, such as rafting, bicycle orienteering, or diving.
All participants received a powerful boost of positive emotions; no-one remained indifferent and a great number of favorable comments prove it:

Even such hitches and deviations as were happening at some points, caused no sense of unpreparedness or rejection. … Such events are very important for team-building. People that spend most of their time seeing each other at work especially need to have some time off in the informal setting. It enables us to see colleagues from a quite different viewpoint and learn more about them. Apart from everything else – it is so much fun!…
