Management

The Group of GARO Companies is managed in accordance with the Master Contract on management of organizations within the vertical holding “Group of GARO Companies”. The principle (managing) company of the Group of GARO Companies is AO “Industrial Group GARO”. All other enterprises are affiliated entities in relation to the principle Company. The collegiate management body of the holding is the Holding Board of Directors. Enterprises within the holding are independent legal entities, which are self-sustaining, self-financing and self-supporting. Enterprises affiliated with the Group of GARO Companies are managed in compliance with their Charters. The management bodies of the enterprises – holding members – are acting upon resolutions of the Holding Board of Directors which determines strategic development of the holding association.
